Sumbul’s love for everything vintage and classic is reflected in ShaSumz’s signature style—pastel tones, detailed threadwork, Zardozi craftsmanship, and rich Mukaish embellishments. While the brand explores couture and bridal fashion, its core lies in luxury pret—refined, ready-to-wear pieces that speak of sophistication and grace.

Raised in Iran and educated in the UAE and Oman, Sumbul Khan brings a global sensibility to her design language. After earning an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies & Research, AMU, and working in the IT sector in Oman, she returned to India and pursued her true passion: fashion and design. Settling in Lucknow, she began building her vision of an atelier that would celebrate the richness of Chikankari—and thus, ShaSumz was born.

Today, ShaSumz stands as a testament to Sumbul’s journey and commitment to craft. The brand is known for its attention to detail, flattering silhouettes, and a design philosophy that balances tradition with modern luxury.
